Who are we ?
We are a Vietnamese trip-wear brand founded by friends who are Wild, Free, and Enthusiast. Reckless' vision is to share our lifestyle and vibe with everyone from different countries.
Where are you located?
Our team is based in Vietnam. Currently, we partner with a Philippines domestic fulfillment partner to deliver the products to you in the fastest way.

Do you have a physical store that I can visit?
It's so pitiful that we do not have a physical store yet. We know you want to experience the products before buying. Thus we are working our best to optimize your website for a seamless shopping experience.

How to create an order?
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and selecting the payment method for your goods - we will ship your package within 2-5 business days ( depending on location ).
Our Reckless support team is always happy to guide you at any step!
How can I track my order?
Typically, after the shipping courier (J&T/ NinjaVan) takes the package, the tracking number is sent to your email immediately. Please fill out your information with the correct email for all announcements about your orders
If you don't get it. Please contact us via (1) Email with the subject 'Update' or (2) Facebook Messenger. Our staffs will give you the order status.
*We are working with Courier Services to make this process more automatically in the future.
What is my order status?
You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after placing an order. Our warehouse team processes and packages orders within 6 hours.
Following that, your parcel will be picked up by a shipping courier, and a tracking number will be immediately emailed to you.
Your parcel will be delivered to your address within 2-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
*Packages are shipped through J&T/ Ninjavan depending on your location
*If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, contact Reckless Support Team to verify your email address and your phone number.
*Please be patient. Your order will arrive as soon as possible
Can I add items to my order after I have hit the place order/confirmation button?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, don't hesitate to contact us at help@reckless.ph with your order number and details on the change.
*Your order cannot be updated if it has already been fulfilled.
Can I cancel my order?
Within 24 Hours, contact us via Email or Facebook Messenger and provide your order phone number, and we will cancel your order promptly.
After we transfer your order to the courier, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.
Why do I have 2 orders when ordering only 1?
Sometimes each of the items in your order is located in different locations. Instead of waiting to gather all items in the same place, we will separate and deliver to you quicker from different warehouses.
Why is my order cancelled?
Orders may be canceled for a variety of reasons, such as:
- Unexpected out of stock
- Payment was not successfully processed
- Separating order
*We never want a situation where your order is canceled; hence we will ensure you receive a full credit or refund.
What payment methods are accepted?
We offer 3 payment methods such as:
(1) Credit Card (Visa Payment with Paypal)
(2) Bank Deposit
(3) Cash on Delivery
Our website only provide Paypal and Cash on Delivery. For GCash and Bank Deposit, please contact us via Facebook Messenger
I want this product but it out of stock. What should I do?
We always try our best to restock sold-out items as soon as possible. However, some time we can only give an approximate date due to delivery postponed partnership. Therefore, please send in your suggestion through email
(1) If the item is a totally new design, it might take time to introduce it into a new collection.
(2) If the item was part of an older collection or one weβve carried before, you may see it on the website the next time we restock.

How long will it take to get my orders?
Most of our orders will be received within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. During promotions or high volume times, this processing time may increase. Hence the exact timing of shipment all depends on how many orders are in line in front of yours.
Particularly, our warehouse locates in the Luzon region; hence the estimated shipping time will be:
- Metro-Manila: 1-3 days
- Luzon: 1-3 days
- Visayas: 3-7 days
- Mindanao: 3-7 days
- Islands: 5-6 days
How much is shipping?
The shipping fee will be calculated by Courier Delivery Fee + Payment Fee:
- Manila: β±100
- Luzon: β±120
- Visayas: β±140
- Mindanao: β±150
*Free shipping is applied for an order from β±1500
*Noted: A payment fee is required and charged by our courier and payment partner for COD shipping or PayPal checkout. Honestly, we are trying our best to support you for half of it.
Is same day shipping available ?
Currently, same-day shipping is not available. But don't be worried. Your package will be shipped to you soon.

My item is a little bit different with website images?
We try our absolute best to keep our pictures on our website and social media as accurate as possible. However, wallet colors can slightly different in specific lighting
What is a wallet size?
All of our wallets are designed and optimized within the most suitable dimension for different using purposes. Almost the design can carry many cards, folded bills, and cash; we are developing and researching a new version with an internal coin pocket. We always listen to all of your demands and requirements. These arrivals will be released soon. Please stay tuned!

Can I return the order?
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day Replacement Policy on our product. For support, please follow the instructions below:
Timing: 7 days since the day item was received
For replacement, please contact us via Email help@reckless.ph with the subject ' Return ' with the content ' Your order number, Courier name, tracking code 'attached with the photos/video about the condition of defective/damaged products
Please help us to book the delivery to our warehouse: Bicutan Drive, KM. 40 South Luzon Expressway, Brgy. Batino, Calamba City, Laguna
Our staffs will reply to your email for confirmation information immediately.

How to exchange the item?
In case of changing your mind about the other collection or color (within 7 days), sir/ ma'am just need to keep the given item in its original condition and return it to the address below.

*Customer pays the shipping fee from your location to our warehouse only.
My item is broken or damaged. What should I do?
If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us through Facebook Fanpage: Reckless.ph or email help@reckless.ph, including proof of your received item (videos, pictures, ...). After processing, we will give you a new item immediately. Please be patient with us.
*If you notice abnormal on package, please take the unboxing videos and pictures of your received item as proof of replacement in case of broken, damaged, or missing out.
