RETURN

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day Replacement Policy on our product. For support please follow the instructions below:
  • Timing: 7 days since the day item was received
  • For replacement, please contact us via Email recklesstripwear@gmail.com with the subject ' Return ' with content is ' Your order number, Courier name, tracking code ' attach with the photos/video about the condition of defective/damaged products
  • Please help us to book the delivery to our warehouse: Bicutan Drive, KM. 40 South Luzon Expressway, Brgy. Batino, Calamba City, Laguna
  • Our staffs will reply you the email for confirmation infomation immediately.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged apparel. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.

 

DEFECTS

We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product 3-4 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at recklesstripwear@gmail.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.
