This is first time buying to this brand. I was so curious about the bag so I ordered it, and being able to purchase a great quality bag I was so excited for it to be delivered. It just arrived today and TBH I waited for so long because I was to excited for it I messed up the delivery process, but the staff was able to help me fixed the delivery process. So it went well. BTW back to bag which I just received, its well packed and you can feel that its well made because of how nice the bag looks. O checked for possible damages which I was not able to find. Meaning it went through a high quality inspection.(I guess) Anyway, it was a awesome and good purchase. Can't wait for my wallet to be delivered too.

What payment methods are accepted?
We offer 4 payment methods such as:

How much is shipping?
The shipping fee will be calculated by Courier Delivery Fee + Payment Fee:
- Manila: ₱100
- Luzon: ₱120
- Visayas: ₱140
- Mindanao: ₱150
*Free shipping is applied for an order from ₱1500
*Noted: A payment fee is required and charged by our courier and payment partner for COD shipping or PayPal checkout. Honestly, we are trying our best to support you for half of it.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Most of our orders will be received within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. During promotions or high volume times, this processing time may increase. Hence the exact timing of shipment all depends on how many orders are in line in front of yours.
Particularly, our warehouse locates in the Luzon region; hence the estimated shipping time will be:
- Metro-Manila: 1-3 days
- Luzon: 1-3 days
- Visayas: 3-7 days
- Mindanao: 3-7 days
- Islands: 5-6 days
Can I return the order?
